Our Management

Allander Aerotech is run by its Founder and MD who has been in the Aerospace, Industrial Gas Turbine and Power Generation business since joining Rolls Royce Hillington as an apprentice in 1980.

On completion of this apprenticeship, he moved to Rolls Royce East Kilbride to take up a position in Engine Inspection gaining valuable experience as an inspector of Civil and Military engines arriving in East Kilbride for repair and overhaul, where responsibilities included authorising service, repairs, overhaul & reuse protocols.

A move to the Design Office followed via the Drawing Office where he worked as a Designer gaining further experience in all aspects of Gas Turbine design until 1995 when RR moved its small engines operation to RRD, Dahlewitz, Berlin.

Since then, he has been involved with numerous long term projects in the Aerospace and Power Generation Industries in Europe and the UK, working on the design and development of Aero Engines, Industrial Gas Turbines, Industrial Compressors & Test Rigs.

This has culminated in the formation of Allander Aerotech and the involvement in the design and development of a new range of Industrial Gas Turbines for a leading Engineering Company providing Power Generation options to clients around the Globe.
